Post 3: My Dream Job


Since i was young, i always wanted to work in the area of molecular gastronomy, because of that i thought that a pretty good startup was to study chemistry before i start with my dream to be the best molecular chef in chile. I think the most needed skill in the gastronomy area is to be creative and know what your'e doing, it takes a lot of study and time to know all you need to do not dissapoint a customer. I don't really care that much about salary because when I am at the kitchen i feel like i can do anything and that sensation it's priceless. I'm thinking about taking a major in molecular gastronomy at "Culinary" wich is the best cuisine school in chile. But even with a major at the area i must keep learning about the science behind all the things we eat, that is what keeps me moving foward in the path of science and gastronomy. I mean, don't you think it is amazing how things like vegetables can become the most beautiful experience of flavor that you ever had?. In less words my dream it's to make people happy with the things i can create with my own thoughts and hands.

Post 2: The best concert ever With the phrase "best concert ever" i can only think about ska-p/molotov concert on aplril 22 of this year. My best friend (Javito) from my hometown told me he had 2 tickets for this concert because he broke up with his girlfriend and he didn't want to go with his sister so he invited me. The concert was in the Hipodromo Chile.  I really love this concert because of the music, the good company and the enormous adrenalin rush that i had at the time. I really love entering the big mosh pit that was in there, after all there was a really big punky fanbase at the concert. Almost everyone form a big mass of jumpy and sweaty people (that wasn't realy nice but i didn't think about it at the time). That was a really fun experience with the best company that i can have. After the concert there weren't any buses so we had to walk like three hours to get home. All i can think about this nigth is that it was amazing.

Post 4: A Time travel to the future

  The time travel it's a topic I really like and makes my mind get wild, I mean who knows what's going to happen in thousands of years in the future, maybe some weird species evolve or maybe the human species are extinct, there are endless possibilities after all the time it's supposed to be infinite so there's no limit how far in the future I could go. I would personally go to a time where the fast space travel exists if I could. This way I can explore the vast universe that we can see al nights. I really love the idea about how tasty the food will be in the future, the fact that exist the possibility of them having a different "taste organ" sounds amazing to me.  If I have the ability to do time travel, I probably wouldn't stay in one specific time, I mean, there are so many possibilities, so many experience I could have, so many places I could explore and so many creatures I could try to have a conversation with, I say "try" because who knows ...
